Initial Consultation
- Discuss your needs and style choices
- Provide Cost Estimate for completed plans
- Set time frame for design development
Appointments
- Measure and plot yard and residence
- (homeowner need not be present as no access to residence is needed - may be done at initial consultation)
- Rough Draft consultation to make any changes you may want or need
- Second Rough Draft visit may be necessary (This is determined at the Rough Draft consultation - may be an extra charge with Basic Plan Service)
Final Plan Presentation
- Presentation of Final Plans, Materials List & Contractor Referrals*
* We recommend the use of a licensed professional landscape contractor for all installation work. Referrals are available.
